New point system and bug fixes

Made new point system for the dropping balls. 

adding values ranging from -15 to 15.

made points on plink board shown for player to "skill drop"

Fixed bug that made point trigger to be called twice

fixed a bug causing point triggers to not count the cat.

fixed a bug that cause dropping balls to not reactivate if cat got stuck.
